The greatest achievements of international relations the past 20 years are evident in the valuable and efficient assistance that other countries, organizations have extended to us in regard to the industrial property staff training and the provision of industrial property information. Hundreds of officers trained in foreign countries and international organizations constitute the backbone of industrial property system in Vietnam. The experiences from foreign countries and regions in the development of the industrial property system have been creatively adapted to Vietnam. A considerable amount of equipment and an enormous industrial property database have been obtained from other countries, international organizations through projects and cooperation agreements.
