In recent years, the national office of Industrial property also coordinated with the Hanoi law University, Ho Chi Minh law University and Hanoi University of social and Human Sciences to include the industrial property issues into their curricula and planned to extend to other Universities as well as to open specialized courses in industrial property in the Ho Chi Minh Law University and the Hanoi University of Social and Human Sciences.

To raise the public understanding of industrial property activities, the National office of industrial property carried out many efficient measures, say introducing the meaning and important contents of industrial property rights through mass media, participating in exhibition for demonstrating industrial property activities, coordinating with the European Patent Office to produce video tapes propagating industrial property activities, publishing many professional and legal documents in respect of industrial property to for distributing to organs, units and individuals nationwide.
